Consultations
are available for anyone
interested in discussing
your medical concerns,
lifestyle habits, excercise
regimen, vitamin profile,
nutritional status or
any questions related
to The Carbohydrate
Addict's Healthy Heart
Program with
the Certified Nutrionists
on staff.
Telephone
consultations are offered
daily. They must be scheduled
at least 48 hours in advance
with the receptionist
at (516) 222-2288. A minimum
of a half hour is required.
All consultations must
be prepaid via check or
credit card prior to the
scheduled appointment.
In preparation
for the consultation,
it is recommended that
all your questions are
ready and in written form.
You are required to call
the center ten minutes
before the scheduled time.
You will then the be connected
with the nutritionist.
A thirty
minute initial session
will cost $100 and follow-up
consultations will cost
$75. It is recommended
that you sign up for an
intensive five week program
of weekly phone consultations.
This five week intensive
changing program has been
found to be most successful.
